The Macquarie Authenticator app is available for Apple iOS and Android devices and is free to download from your app store - just search for Macquarie Authenticator, or follow these links:
Once you’ve downloaded the app, follow the on-screen prompts to link your Macquarie ID.
When you first log in to Macquarie Business Online (MBO), you’ll be presented with your unique QR code.
Follow the steps to download and register Macquarie Authenticator:
To protect your accounts, you won’t be able to proceed to MBO until you’ve successfully downloaded and registered the Macquarie Authenticator App.
If you’re having trouble scanning, you can go into your Macquarie Authenticator app and manually link multiple Macquarie IDs.
Once you’ve downloaded the Macquarie Authenticator app from your app store:
For security purposes you’ll be prompted to verify yourself through a push notification in the Macquarie Authenticator app when approving payments or tasks in Macquarie Business Online.
