What tasks can I manage in the app?

Task Centre in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app allows you to manage your payments and tasks on the go, directly from your mobile device.

Task Centre in the app consists of three tabs:

  • To Do – If you’re an authoriser in MBO, any outstanding payments or tasks that require your approval before they can be completed will appear here. 
  • In Progress – Shows you the progress of all payments and tasks which are yet to be completed.
  • History – Shows you an audit history of all activities performed online across your accounts from the date your accounts were opened.

The app aligns with the browser version of Macquarie Business Online (MBO) to provide the same level of information for each task. For example, you can view ABA files, BPAY files, group payment details, beneficiary details, withdrawal details and distributions, via your mobile device.

How can I customise my Task Centre dashboard?

You can decide the level of information you want to see on your Task Centre dashboard in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app. To set your preference: 

  1. Open Task Centre in the app
  2. Select Layout preference in the top right of the screen:
    • To see less information on the dashboard, select List from the drop-down menu. You can still see all the details when you select the task and navigate to the 'Review task' screen.
    • To see more information on the dashboard, select Card from the drop-down menu.

Why are some features not available in the app?

While the Macquarie Mobile Banking app provides the convenience of approving and tracking payments and tasks, you may still need to use the browser version of MBO for a more comprehensive overview of your business' financial activities.
