How do I check whether my account has been linked to Xero?

For Macquarie Business Savings Accounts, Transaction Accounts or Savings Accounts, you can view and manage your current arrangements to share consumer data in the Macquarie Mobile Banking app and Macquarie Online Banking.

In the Macquarie Mobile Banking app:

  1. Select the menu icon 
  2. Select View profile
  3. Select Connected people & platforms.

In Macquarie Online Banking:

  1. In the side menu, select the settings icon on the bottom left corner
  2. Select Connected people & platforms.

If you want to stop sharing your data with Xero, you can do this by selecting Stop sharing for each current arrangement.

You can also disable sharing for an account within a data sharing arrangement for accounts held by multiple individuals or for company, trust or partnership accounts by selecting Disable. Alternatively, you can disconnect this access in Xero.

For all other account types, including Macquarie Cash Management Accounts and Business Banking accounts, you can check which accounts are linked to Xero by contacting us via chat.
