  3. Select Manage card
  4. Select Replace card
  5. Select the reason why you require a replacement card
    • If your card is lost or stolen, enter a date

When your new card arrives

You can expect to receive your replacement card within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your request.

If your old card was already added to Apply Pay or Google Pay, your new card will automatically be updated, so you can continue transacting without waiting for your physical card to arrive.

Once you receive and activate your replacement card, you may need to update existing direct debits with your new card details.

For information on how to activate your card, see Activating your new or replacement card.

What happens if my card is expiring soon?

Here’s what you need to know if your credit or debit card will soon expire:

  • Your card will continue to work until the end of the expiry month.
  • We’ll send you a new card to the address registered to your account, typically 2 to 4 weeks before your current card expires.
  • You’ll receive a notification in Macquarie Online Banking and the Macquarie Mobile Banking app when your new card is on its way. You can also see when your card has been dispatched by going to ‘I want to...’ and selecting ‘Manage card’.
  • If your new card hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving the notification, please check your contact information in Macquarie Online Banking or Macquarie Mobile Banking, and order a replacement card online.
  • If your old card was already added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, your replacement card will be automatically updated, so you can continue transacting without waiting for your physical card to arrive.
