PayID will be automatically enabled in many cases. However, depending on the type of DRNs you use, your software provider may need to enable PayID before you can start using it.

Using PayID
| PayID is automatically enabled for new DRNs and existing DRNs that received a payment in the past 12 months
| Existing DRNs –PayID is automatically enabled for all DRNs that received a payment in the past 12 months
New DRNs – Your software provider can enable PayID when they create a new DRN. If they don’t do this, DEFT will enable PayID for each new DRN after a payment is made via any other method (e.g. card)

Your software provider will update their DEFT templates (if currently available) to include registered PayID details.
